How the 3-day trial works (not in South Korea)

  1. Today: the trial starts

Everything in the plan opens. You add a card at checkout, and nothing is charged yet.

  2. In 3 days: the first charge

Dodo Payments charges your card for the interval you chose: a month, or on yearly the whole year. It repeats until you cancel.

  3. Any day: cancel

Cancel subscription, in the account menu or Settings. No reason is asked, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Prices are in USD before tax. In the EU and the UK every Markov price on this page switches to the total with your country’s VAT once the page knows where you are, which needs JavaScript. Pro and Elite start with 3 days free (not in South Korea), one trial per account. You add a card at checkout, and on day 3 it is charged for the interval you chose (on yearly, the whole year) unless you cancel first. Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, bills you and collects any tax due.

Questions.

How does the free trial work?

Pro and Elite start with 3 days free (not in South Korea). You add a card at checkout and Dodo Payments charges it on day 3, unless you cancel before then from Cancel subscription in the account menu. That first charge is one month on monthly ($49 for Pro, $99 for Elite) or the whole year on yearly ($439 or $889) plus tax where it applies, and it repeats each month or year until you cancel. Each account gets one free trial.

How do I cancel?

In the app, open the account menu, choose Cancel subscription (opens in a new tab), and press the one button there. No reason is asked, and an email confirms when your plan ends. Signed out, usemarkov.com/cancel (opens in a new tab) emails you a link that cancels in one click. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, or of the free trial, and you aren’t charged again. Manage subscription, in the same menu, opens the Dodo Payments portal for your card and invoices. To move between Pro and Elite, email hello@usemarkov.com and we change your plan. In the EU, the EEA or the UK you can also withdraw within 14 days of subscribing and pay only for the days you used. The terms say how.

Who bills me, and what about tax?

Dodo Payments is our merchant of record: it bills you, collects sales tax or VAT where it applies, and sends your invoices. Prices are in USD.

What is founding membership?

Founding members pay $34.30 a month for Pro or $69.30 for Elite (plus tax where it applies) for up to their first 12 payments on monthly billing. After that the plan renews at its list price, $49 or $99 a month plus tax, until you cancel. To join them, enter code FOUNDING at checkout. It is for monthly billing only, since yearly is already priced below twelve months.

What does stored history mean, and how much is on Free?

Markov’s collector records the order book, whale prints, liquidations, open interest and funding around the clock. Paid plans see that record on 1h and 4h charts from the day Markov began recording, and the window grows to 30 days as it records. A free account sees the last 8 hours on 5m. Every chart shows the same layers live, from the moment you open it.

Does Markov work from the US?

Yes. Besides Hyperliquid and Lighter, the chart reads three CEX venues, and two of them refuse connections from US networks (as checked on 16 October 2026). The chart reads its live venues from your browser, so from the US those two read “blocked here” instead of showing a zero. Hyperliquid, Lighter and one of the three CEX venues answer from the US.

On Free, the live chart runs on Hyperliquid, and live liquidations come from the CEX venue that answers. On Pro, Liquidity ahead gets one of its two CEX books next to Hyperliquid’s. On Elite, Lighter’s book loads and the third CEX book doesn’t. Dealer gamma (GEX) isn’t offered in the US.

The Derivatives page falls back to Hyperliquid for funding and to the CEX venue that answers for open interest, and says so. The Liquidations map fills from that venue and names the two it can’t reach. The data sources page names every venue.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. Markov is research tools and education. Nobody here tells you what to trade, and nothing on Markov is a buy or sell call. Alerts describe what happened, with the source, and are the same for everyone who sets the same rule.

Why isn’t ES and NQ positioning included yet?

Mapping dealer positioning onto index futures needs a licensed options data feed, which is a large recurring cost. It comes once that licence is in place, and which plan includes it isn’t decided. We won’t sell it before it’s real.

Do I need a paid TradingView plan?

No. Markov’s TradingView scripts are public and open-source, so any TradingView account can add them (your plan’s indicators-per-chart limit applies).

Could using Markov get my prop account flagged?

Markov never posts trade calls, and nothing in it copies trades between people. What you do with context you read yourself is your decision. Prop firms set their own rules on third-party tools, so check yours.

Where does the data come from?

Every panel names its source and freshness. The data sources page lists each source, how each number is computed, and which numbers are models.
